Our Positions
Property Manager
Property Managers lead the charge in all daily operations of their property. In essence, they are the mayors of their community. They’ll curate an effective team of leasing agents and maintenance technicians while ensuring their community is a place to call home.
Maintenance Technician
Our maintenance technicians are the backbones of our communities. From complete unit renovations to scheduled maintenance, you’ll gain experience doing almost every professional service needed to keep a property running smoothly.
Leasing Agent
A leasing agent’s goal is to build relationships and take care of residents. Our goal is to make residents feel at home and a part of a community. A leasing agent answers phone calls, makes sure vacant units are clean and welcoming, and completes the paperwork that turns a prospective resident into a new member of the community
Regional Property Manager
A Regional Manager oversees hundreds to thousands of homes and dozens of staff across multiple properties. Responsibilities include the overall well-being of their residents, the training of their teams in superior customer service, the financial performance of the portfolio, management and development of staff, and reporting the properties’ status to our clients.
Maintenance Supervisor
Maintenance supervisors are the go-to experts for all things maintenance. As the maintenance team leader, you’ll help train less experienced technicians and they’ll look to you for guidance. Other tasks include project supervision, scheduling unit turns, coordinating vendors, and budget preparation.
